Okay im sorry sulley for taking my sweet time to post on the blog
Okay Yesterday 6-12-2009 my weights workout consisted of
Sunday: Arms
(3 sets x 8 rep fashion, 1 warmup set, 2 heavy sets to failure)

Close grip Bench press
Parrallel Dips
Barbell Curls/Dumbell Curls
Hammer Curl
Pullups

First Night……….

Ok so my weeks so doing a bit ehre and there have stopped.  I have decided to 3 times a week to actually exercise properly.  Now I am still morbidy/clinically (whatever is worse) obese.  So the main focus of my regime is to lose weight.  And tone up a little but mainly the weight.

 

So I have decided to walk alot and lift the dumbells I have in my room.  I injured by shoulder last year meaning I have to rehab (still!) before I can bench press.  So I shall be focusing on umping up my arms.  I have in my room a 10kg dumbell (see pictures)

So I walked 3 miles today and lifted a bit.  Now I feel I am perhaps strong enough to lift the weights but do not have any 15kg ones laying around so I am upping the reps.  Tonight I did with 30 seconds rest between sets.

25 reps

20reps

15reps

10reps

 

Anyone know if that is any good?  It’s a total (including both arms) 1400kg.

Okay this is the deal, we are going to make this work, i trashed sulleys pics for now, as we said this is the start, but we will be posting pics every 3 months :) so expect the 1st set of pics on 16th feb 2010 :)

Sulley’s Starting Point

This isn’t jsut a weight loss blog.  Harry and I want to get hench.  I work out my arms and it shows but the rest doesn’t due tot he fat.  So we plan on working out in the gym so that the weigh goes to reveal the muscle ;)   Thats the idea.

 

This is my starting point.  As you can see the weight lifting shows through on my forearms and bicep but nowhere else.  We have until 16th May 2011 to change that.  18 months and counting!!!

 

Starting Weight = 357lbs

Weight = 331lbs

Target Weight= 224lbs

Waist = 59 Inches

Chest = 53 Inches

Biceps = 16 Inches

Beginning

Okay so this is the beginning of something wonderful :) me and sulley will be embarking on a journey and it will most probably change our life in every way :) and this is our way of tracking and to show you what 18 months of hard dedication and determination can do. see obama promised change and delivered well nothing really, but us we are dedicated and assure you our change will be delivered and we give you our word :)

Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears.

Ok folks.  This is the score.  Both Harry (aka Kenshin) and I (Sulleyp) shall we working our asses off over the next 18 months so we are both hench enough to walk down a beach together in swimming trunks holding hands and not feel stupid…….

So we shall be putting updates on here on our progress.  I shall be using it as a weight loss dairy also, as I have a few stone to go.
