This isn’t jsut a weight loss blog. Harry and I want to get hench. I work out my arms and it shows but the rest doesn’t due tot he fat. So we plan on working out in the gym so that the weigh goes to reveal the muscle
Thats the idea.
This is my starting point. As you can see the weight lifting shows through on my forearms and bicep but nowhere else. We have until 16th May 2011 to change that. 18 months and counting!!!
Starting Weight = 357lbs
Weight = 331lbs
Target Weight= 224lbs
Waist = 59 Inches
Chest = 53 Inches
Biceps = 16 Inches
