First Night……….

Ok so my weeks so doing a bit ehre and there have stopped.  I have decided to 3 times a week to actually exercise properly.  Now I am still morbidy/clinically (whatever is worse) obese.  So the main focus of my regime is to lose weight.  And tone up a little but mainly the weight.

 

So I have decided to walk alot and lift the dumbells I have in my room.  I injured by shoulder last year meaning I have to rehab (still!) before I can bench press.  So I shall be focusing on umping up my arms.  I have in my room a 10kg dumbell (see pictures)

So I walked 3 miles today and lifted a bit.  Now I feel I am perhaps strong enough to lift the weights but do not have any 15kg ones laying around so I am upping the reps.  Tonight I did with 30 seconds rest between sets.

25 reps

20reps

15reps

10reps

 

Anyone know if that is any good?  It’s a total (including both arms) 1400kg.
